    Abstract: An aqueous coating composition comprising a polyisocyanate compound and a fluorine-containing copolymer having hydroxyl groups, wherein the fluorine-containing copolymer having hydroxyl groups is a copolymer comprising 20-80 mol % of polymer units derived from a fluoroolefin and 0.1-25 mol % of polymer units derived from a monomer having a hydrophilic site, said polyisocyante compound and said fluorine-containing copolymer both being dispersed in water.
