    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure may include a fluid connector. The fluid connector may include a holding portion including a housing defining a channel, a sleeve disposed in the channel and defining a passage, an adapter disposed in the passage of the sleeve, and a filter configured to prevent the flow of contaminants into the channel of the housing. The fluid connector may also include an insert portion configured to be inserted into the channel of the housing and secured to the holding portion.
