Abstract: A barbeque grill unit is provided with at least one removable handle that is readily removed and attached to the grill body to provide a grill unit having a reduced overall length when the removable handle is detached, thus promoting the convenient packing, shipping, storing, and use of the barbeque grill unit. In one embodiment, the cooking equipment apparatus comprises a grill body having an outer surface and an interior and at least one removable handle adapted for selective attachment with the grill body to facilitate handling of the cooking equipment apparatus. A first coupling member is located on the outer surface of the grill body and a second coupling member is located on the handle, with the first and second coupling members adapted to being selectively engaged such that the handle is attached with the grill body.

Abstract: A bracket for pivotally mounting a handle adjacent to an opening of a vehicle includes a handle receiving portion adapted to receive an end of the handle, a pivot pin for pivotally mounting the end of the handle at the handle receiving portion, and at least one mounting hole or aperture. The handle receiving portion is configured to retain the end of the handle such that the handle is in an in use position or a stored position. The pivot pin extends downward from the handle receiving portion and includes a biasing member to bias the handle at either position. The mounting aperture is accessible for securing the bracket to a surface of the vehicle when the pivot pin and the handle are assembled to the bracket. The bracket and the handle thus may be mounted to the wall of the vehicle as a pre-assembled unit.

Abstract: A handle assembly that pivotally mounts a handle adjacent to an opening of a vehicle includes a bracket and an end portion or cap portion of a handle. The end portion and bracket engage one another to substantially secure the handle in either an in use position or a storage position. The end portion and bracket include projections and correspondingly formed recesses that engage one another to limit or substantially preclude pivotal movement of the handle without first raising the handle to disengage the handle and cap portion from the bracket. The handle assembly may include an illumination source to provide illumination of the handle in low lighting conditions.

Abstract: A vehicle interior lamp assembly comprises a light assembly carried within a housing. A cover is snap fit to the housing and carries a lens in registration with the light assembly. The light assembly includes a dome shape reflector, into which a light bulb is positioned, and a light switch slidingly positioned within a slotted flange attached to the housing. A light switch actuator, in operational connection with the light switch, is captured by the cover. The lens is formed with a double convex middle region and a pair of outer regions formed with a plurality of serrations which reflect light toward the light reflector to thereby provide a uniform pattern of illumination about a preselected area. In one preferred embodiment, the housing supports a pair of lighting assemblies to permit selective illumination of a passenger's seat, table, or the like.
