Patents Assigned to Aser
  • Patent number: 6374462
Abstract: The fastener comprises curved incorporated claws (4) serving to fix it to one end of a conveyor belt. The lower fixation plate of the fastener comprises curved raised edges (6) intended to make the points of the claws (4) enter under the small bars of ports (5) arranged by shearing and stamping in the lower fixation plate. The points of the claws (4) are locked along the lower front and back ridges (9) by the flattening of the small bars of the ports (5) during the final tightening of the fasteners during their fixation on the end of a conveyor belt.

  • Patent number: 6370739
Abstract: The fastener (1, 2, 3) comprises for the screwing of screws, dimplings (5, 5′) set in a fixation plate (2) of the fastener. The dimplings (5, 5′) are attached to the fixation plate (2) in which they are made only on one part of their circumference, two reserved zones (81, 82 or 81′, 82′) for each dimpling not being stamped at the base of the dimplings and comprising shearings in the sheet metal of the fixation plate (2), allowing a certain tilting of the dimpling (5 or 5′) during operation of the conveyor belt.

  • Patent number: 5839571
Abstract: A conveyor belt jointing device with a generally H-shaped cross-section comprising a central portion (1) forming the crossbar of the H, and two pairs of flanges (2, 2'; 3, 3') connected to respective sides of the central portion (1) and integral therewith. The jointing device comprises two separate reinforcing elements (4, 4'). The reinforcing elements consist of stacked plies of cables made of metal or a synthetic material and having little or no inherent stretchability, the ply cables being arranged at angles of around 45.degree. to the longitudinal direction and around 90.degree. to the cables in the ply located immediately above or below.

  • Patent number: 5733086
Abstract: The invention is directed to a rivet nail which can include two separate pieces or one single piece. Each rivet nail has a hollow rivet part having a head (1) and a cylindrical stem (2) axially connected to the head. The end located opposite to the end carrying the head (1) has a hollow cylindrical space extending inside the cylindrical stem (2) over at least a part of the cylindrical stem (2) length, and a nail part including a hollow cylindrical stem extending taperwise to form a nib (4).

  • Patent number: 5724706
Abstract: The invention concerns a disconnectible and reconnectible junction device for conveyor band made up of two flat flexible elements (A, a) presenting at the front side complementary shapes capable of interleaving in one same plane, connected rearwardly to the ends of a conveyor band, by sticking, vulcanization, riveting, clamping, thermoplastic molding, or formed directly by moulding over the ends of the conveyor band, each one of the flexible elements comprising at the front side oblong strips (L.sub.1, L.sub.2, L.sub.3, l.sub.1, l.sub.2, l.sub.3) in the longitudinal direction, separated by notches (E.sub.1, E.sub.2, E.sub.3, e.sub.1, e.sub.2, e.sub.

  • Patent number: 5669114
Abstract: The joining device is constituted by U-shaped staples fixed to the ends of the conveyor belt. The staples (1) comprise in their concave part a ring (3) of a wear resisting material the wear being due to the friction, and which has also good slipping properties. A tightness stripe (8) links the rings (3) and therefore the staples (1). The tightness stripe (8) comprises blades (9) which form a double tightness barrier in the gaps which are present between the front part (14) of the conveyor belt (13) and the front convex part of the opposed staple. The staples (1) are connected by means of a linking and hinging rod (15) threaded across the rings (3) of the successive staples (1) belonging alternately to one and to the other staple row. When mounted the rings (3) are in abutment against the front part (14) of the conveyor (13).

  • Patent number: 5573470
Abstract: The joining device according to the invention has generally the form of an H shaped profile, the central part (6) of which forming the central bar of the H is extended by two opposite pairs of arms (2', 2", 2'", 2"") forming the branches of the H, the said arms extending in a longitudinal direction along a length several times larger than the bigger dimension of the central part (6) forming the bar of the H of the joining device in a cross-section view, the said central part (6) as well as the arms (2', 2", 2'", 2"") being made up of a flexible and elastic material, the flexibility and elasticity of the said material being close to the flexibility and to the elasticity of the constituent material of the conveyor belt for which the joining device is provided. The material of the joining devices according to the invention can be provided with a reinforcement (4).

  • Patent number: 5542527
Abstract: The joining device comprises two halves of a joining device made up of a flexible and elastic material each one comprising a pair of flexible wings (4). These wings are fixed to the conveyor belt (6) by rivets (10). A frame (5) extends into the wings (4) and in the part of the joining device which constitutes the joining itself. The frame (5) is trimmed to washers (10) or to small plates (8) used as reinforcement for the fixing holes. A linking stem is threaded across through holes or passages provided in the linking elements.
