Abstract: A fascia tissue fitness device may include a structural member, at least one fascia tissue treatment element configured to be moved relative to the structural member, a translation member supported by the structural member onto which the at least one treatment element is affixed, and an actuator coupled to the translation member. The actuator may be configured to cause the translation member to repeatedly move back and forth relative to the structural member such that the at least one fascia tissue treatment element moves back and forth to treat fascia tissue of a user. A pressure sensor may be configured to sense pressure being applied to a user by the at least one fascia tissue treatment element.
