The present invention further provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising the isolated lactic acid bacterium (Lactobacillus plantarum subsp. plantarum K37). Moreover, the present invention provides a method for preventing or treating a disorder in a subject, comprising a step of administering an effective amount of the isolated lactic acid bacterium (Lactobacillus plantarum subsp. plantarum K37) to the subject.
