    Abstract: A model constructing method for audio recognition is provided. In the method, audio data is obtained. A predicted result of the audio data is determined by using the classification model which is trained by machine learning algorithm. The predicted result includes a label defined by the classification model. A prompt message is provided according to a loss level of the predicted result. The loss level is related to a difference between the predicted result and a corresponding actual result. The prompt message is used to query a correlation between the audio data and the label. The classification model is modified according to a confirmation response of the prompt message, and the confirmation response is related to a confirmation of the correlation between the audio data and the label. Accordingly, the labeling efficiency and predicting correctness can be improved.

A charging IC is controlled to supply the charging current to a battery, and a control unit is used to generate a PWM signal with a duty cycle, and a filter unit is used to convert the PWM signal into a voltage signal to be supplied to the charging IC, and the control unit determines whether a current of a battery detected by the battery status detection unit reaches a regular current, so that a PWM signal with a duty cycle greater than the previous duty cycle by a default increased cycle is provided if the detected current has not reached the regular current. Thus, the feature of the PWM signal is used to set the charging current according to the capacity of the battery automatically.

The present invention provides an effective mechanism for controlling access at a user end.

    Abstract: An overvoltage protection circuit and a portable electronic device having the same are introduced. The overvoltage protection circuit provides overvoltage protection when an input voltage exceeds a rated voltage tolerable by an internal circuit unit in the portable electronic device. A reference voltage and a partial voltage are generated from the input voltage through a voltage limiting unit and voltage dividing module, respectively, and conveyed to a comparing module for comparison. Comparison of the reference voltage and the partial voltage is followed by generation of a switch signal whereby a switch unit determines whether to apply the input voltage to the internal circuit unit. The voltage dividing module sets the maximum rated voltage tolerable by the internal circuit unit and enables the overvoltage protection circuit to give overvoltage protection to the portable electronic device regardless of temperature.
