A rotatable solar collector reflective assembly surrounds the central vertically oriented support column and is oriented to reflect incident solar energy onto the solar collection assembly. Sails are attached to the outside of the rotatable solar collector reflective assembly for additional generation of electricity by rotation of the rotatable solar collector reflective assembly from wind energy.
