  • Publication number: 20160215553
Abstract: A vehicle window opening device includes an open-close controller, a drawing determination unit, a restriction unit, and an initial mask zone setting unit. The drawing determination unit determines that a vehicle window has drawn in an object when a characteristic value of a motor is greater than or equal to a determination threshold value. The open-close controller executes anti-drawing control based on the drawing determination. The restriction unit restricts the open-close controller from executing the anti-drawing control when the vehicle window is located in the initial mask zone. The initial mask zone setting unit sets an initial mask zone to a normal value when a position where the vehicle window starts to open is located outside a fully closed region and to a fully closed region value that is greater than the normal value when the position where the vehicle window starts to open is located in the fully closed region.

  • Patent number: 9391419
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a contact terminal including a contact portion that slides against a surface of a conductive contact plate. The manufacturing method includes forming a projection in a metal plate by performing a drawing process, wherein the projection projects in a thicknesswise direction of the metal plate and has a larger diameter than the contact portion. The manufacturing method further includes forming the contact portion from the projection by performing a contraction pressing process at least once on the projection so that the diameter of the projection gradually decreases, while the height of the projection remains the same or decreases in a stepwise manner.

Abstract: A rotor of a motor includes first and second rotor cores, a field magnet, and a commutator magnet. The first and second rotor cores each include a core base and a plurality of claw poles. The claw poles of the first rotor core and the claw poles of the second rotor core are alternately arranged in a circumferential direction. The field magnet is located between the core bases. The field magnet is magnetized in an axial direction so that the claw poles of the first rotor core and the claw poles of the second rotor core function as different magnetic poles in the circumferential direction. The commutator magnet is located on an outer circumference of the field magnet around the claw poles. The commutator magnet is magnetized so that surfaces having the same polarity face each other between the claw poles and the commutator magnet.

  • Publication number: 20160185259
Abstract: A vehicle seat controller includes a feedback controller, a speed instruction value setting unit, and an entrapment determination unit. The feedback controller performs speed feedback control so that a rotation speed of the motor follows a speed instruction value based on a difference of the speed instruction value and an actual speed of the rotation speed of the motor. The speed instruction value setting unit sets the speed instruction value in accordance with a position of the vehicle seat. The entrapment determination unit determines entrapment of a foreign object entrapped by the vehicle seat when the vehicle seat is motor-driven. When the entrapment determination unit makes a foreign object entrapment determination, the speed instruction value setting unit changes the speed instruction value for an entrapment position of the vehicle seat to a low speed value that is smaller than a predetermined initial value.
