Abstract: Systems and methods for product purchases/auctions and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are provided. A computer-based, digital platform allows a user to easily purchase or participate in auctions of physical products (such as a collectible, memorabilia, unique artwork, etc.), and automatically generates and administers NFTs associated with the purchase/auction of such products. The products can be purchased/auctioned via an online platform that can be accessed by a user’s computer system or mobile device. One or more vouchers can be redeemed at a desired location and can be used to access the platform to effectuate the purchase of a product, enter into an auction for the product, or to redeem a gifted product. The NFT provides proof of ownership of the product, and is linked to the product by the system.

Abstract: Provided is a game system with gears and indicia, for modular game information record-keeping and record-changing devices, systems, and associated methods based on sets of mechanical gears having game indicia provided thereon. The architecture of the system uses combinations of mechanical gears, cams, shafts, clutches of various types, and other mechanical components that constitute an analog “computer” performing basic mathematical functions, managing data, or performing analogs for life principles - such as the impact of events, physics-based or fantasized realities, interpersonal relationships, behavioral characteristics, conflict dynamics, etc.

Abstract: A meter for controlling the flow of feedstock from an in-feed hopper to a distillation unit, including a cylindrical roller having a first end, a second end, and an outer diameter, the roller defining a recess that extends helically substantially from the first end to the second end, a sleeve circumscribing a portion of the outer diameter of the cylindrical roller, the sleeve having an open first side that allows the passage of feedstock into the recess of the roller, and an open second side that allows the passage of feedstock out of the recess of the roller as the roller rotates relative to the sleeve, and a housing fixedly attached to the sleeve and capable of attachment to the in-feed hopper and the distillation unit such that feedstock must pass through the housing to get from the in-feed hopper to the distillation unit.

Abstract: A three-dimensional craft model including a head and body is provided. More specifically, the craft model includes a two-dimensional body cutout and a two-dimensional body cutout. The cutouts can be formed into three-dimensional head and body objects by folding portions of the cutouts about fold lines and the three-dimensional objects can be held in place using one or more of securing tabs, reciprocal slots, and locking tabs. Also provided herein is a method for forming the three-dimensional craft figure, including the steps of folding portions of the body cutout across fold lines, locking one or more locking tabs on the body cutout to form the body object, folding one or more portions of the head cutout across fold lines, inserting one or more securing tabs through corresponding slots in the head cutout to form the body object, and attaching the head object to the body object.

Abstract: A display system comprises one or more display elements in the form of hollow geometrically shaped pillars that can be easily assembled, disassembled, and stored. Each display element is comprised of a plurality of side panels that are removably interconnected in an overlapping manner to themselves and a base. Each side panel has a dense arrangement of mounting apertures formed in at least a portion thereof configured to receive and provide support for mounting hardware to which signage and other elements can be connected. Multiple display elements can be ganged together by themselves or with removably shelving to allow for construction of a wide variety of presentation spaces and structures.

According to some embodiments, a selection of a first filter from the list of one or more filters can be obtained, from the user, where the first filter is associated with a first tag, and at least one of a situation or a solution can be displayed to the user, wherein the at least one of the situation or the solution is associated with one or more tags including the first tag.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer-readable storage devices, for predictive models for electric power grid maintenance. In some implementations, one or more computers receive data indicating a maintenance action to be performed for a utility system. The one or more computers generate outcome scores for the maintenance action using a model generated from records for maintenance performed by multiple utilities. The one or more computers select one or more maintenance plan elements based on the outcome scores, provide an indication of the selected one or more maintenance plan elements for display, and store a record corresponding to the maintenance action. In some examples, the selected one or more maintenance plan elements can include recommended plan elements to improve the safety and efficiency of the maintenance action.

Abstract: A multi-cloud user interface apparatus facilitates transparent use of multiple Internet-based clouds. A network interface compatibly interacts with the multiple Internet-based clouds, a database management system of information, and a user interface that includes a non-human agent. The database management system pertains to a world model that represents a plurality of entities such as workgroups, products, humans, animals, plants, positions, and assets. The database itself can be configured such that the items of information are partially but not wholly stored on individual ones of each of the multiple Internet-based clouds. The non-human agent can be configured to receive input from a human user and to respond to the input by accessing the database. The nature of the response can be automatically derived as a function of an information relevance measurement that is itself calculated as a function, at least in part, of an entity relationship-based metric.

Abstract: An apparatus for distillation of feedstock, including a distillation chamber with an inlet for receiving feedstock and an outlet for discharging feedstock, and a plate for supporting the feedstock in the distillation chamber. The plate is positioned parallel to a substantially horizontal plane across a portion of the distillation chamber, and defines a plurality of transverse apertures extending transversely across a substantial portion of the width of the plate. A plurality of heating rods is included for insertion into the apertures of the plate to heat the plate. The apparatus also includes a conveyor enclosed within the distillation chamber and extending longitudinally across the distillation chamber, the conveyor having a plurality of paddles attached thereto that, when driven by the conveyor, move proximate and parallel to the plate to agitate feedstock on the plate, and to drive the feedstock from the inlet to the outlet of the distillation chamber.

Abstract: A Standard Initial Margin Model (SIMM) is calculated and provided as an overall initial margin for non-cleared derivatives. In certain embodiments, using at least one computing device, information associated with a plurality of risk classes is acquired, and a delta margin, a vega margin, and a curvature margin for each risk class based on the acquired information associated is determined. The at least one computing device calculates initial margin for each risk class by summing the respective delta margin, the respective vega margin, and the respective curvature margin. The at least one computing device determines whether product classes will be used in calculating the overall initial margin, calculates the overall initial margin using an equation based on the determination, and provides the overall initial margin. The amount of the initial margin call for the underlying derivatives contract may then be generated based on the calculated initial margin.

Abstract: A computer and method to assess technical skills of a student undergoing education in a training course on a computer-related topic. The computer includes a plurality of computer components having functions in the topic. A training application running on the computer instructs a user of the computer to perform an exercise on the computer; and a scoring application running locally in the computer has: a configuration file; a system inspector that determines states of the computer components according to the configuration file as a result of the exercise; and a scoring engine that computes locally a score of a skill of the user related to the topic based on the states of the computer components determined by the system inspector and in accordance with the configuration file.
