Abstract: A protection seat (10, 110) for the crotch area (14) of cyclist trousers (12), having at least a front portion (16, 116) and preferably also a rear portion (118) formed with an anatomical concave shell shape. A method for manufacturing the seat is also described wherein said concave regions are obtained by joining the flaps of V notches cut in the front and rear portion of the seat.
