Patents Assigned to Asthausbolagen HB Astero & Stockhaus
  • Patent number: 4371155
Abstract: An apparatus is provided for jogging a sheaf of papers to even up the edges in the sheaf or bundle, and includes a resiliently carried bundle compartment (1) together with means (20,21) for vibrating the compartment. The compartment comprises two substantially vertically oriented side walls (3,4), at least one end wall (5), substantially vertically oriented, and at right angles to the side walls (3,4), and a bottom (6) at right angles to said end wall (5), the compartment (1) being adapted to carry the bundle (50) with the chief surfaces thereof substantially in the vertical plane. The bottom (6) of the compartment is provided with a material (7) of high friction, such as foamed plastics, on its upper side. The vibration means (20, 21) is adapted to give the compartment a vertical vibration component as well as a horizontal vibration component which latter intersects the side wall plane of the compartment at an oblique angle.

  • Patent number: 4343538
Abstract: A projector comprises a substantially horizontal table, a substantially centrally above the table arranged projection optics (2), a light source (3) which is located above the table and arranged to illuminate the table, a deflexion mirror (4) for substantially horizontal deflexion of a light radiating vertically upwardly from the table, and a light shaft (5) which at least partially screens off the area between the optics (2) and the table (1) from the surroundings and is characterized in that a covering (6a) is arranged to be laid out over the table surface in that the upwardly facing surface of the laid out covering is light-reflecting, while the table surface is light-absorbing preferably black and mat, alternatively that the upwardly facing surface of the laid out covering is light-absorbing while the table surface is arranged to emit light vertically upwardly.

  • Patent number: 4339175
Abstract: A projection screen is formed of a rectangular, tubular, annular frame of flexible material, a projection sheet of flexible material covering one side of the frame and a foil of flexible material covering the opposite side of the frame. A valve is connected to the frame and another valve is connected to the compartment defined by the inner side of the frame, the foil and the sheet. The projection screen device is thus completely collapsible. In order to put the screen into operative condition, the frame is inflated to a stiff condition, and a subatmospheric pressure is established in said compartment, whereby to bring the sheet, and possibly also the foil, to take a concave, substantially spherical shape. Also the foil can constitute a projection screen surface, possibly with another curvature than the sheet.
