Abstract: This mold is intended to form a cap (1) having a cylindrical skirt (3), this skirt being provided with at least one screw thread (4), a top (2) and a tamperproof ring (6) linked to the free end of the skirt by breakable linking elements. It has a movable pat or mold top (20), a stripping part or stripper ring (21) and a core (22. The stripper ring (21) has, on the side facing the top of the mold (20, on the lower edge of the skirt and in at least two separate places, at least one notch and/or at least one projection so as to create a mortise-and-tenon linkage between the skirt (3) and the stripper ring (21) during molding and demolding of the cap(1).

Abstract: A pouring cap for mounting atop a neck of a container is unitarily formed of a synthetic resin with a body adapted to fit over the neck of the container and having an outer body edge centered on an axis, a central pour tube within the edge and forming an axially throughgoing outflow passage, and a cover sealingly engageable in a closed position with the body over the passage at the edge. A hinge is provided on the edge between the body and the cover and a hook projects axially from the cover in the closed position past the edge of the body at a location on the edge generally diametrically opposite the hinge. A retaining element defines with the body an opening adjacent the edge opposite the hinge location. The hook is engageable with elastic deformation through the opening to catch underneath the retaining element and once inserted through the opening is engaged such that the hook or the element must be permanently deformed to move the cover from the closed position.

Abstract: A cap comprising a cylindrical skirt extending from a frustoconical part, the connecting area between the cylindrical skirt and the frustoconical part being located essentially at the level of a shoulder provided in a body composed of a stopper body or in the container to be equipped itself. This connecting zone has at least one tongue delimited by two vertical slots and one horizontal slot, the horizontal edge of the tongue delimited by the slot being provided on the inside of the cap with an extension forming a first tooth which is located, when the cap is in the closed position, adjacent to a second tooth or projection associated with body when the cap is located in the unscrewing direction.

Abstract: A screw-on stopper cap, having a tamper-proof band, for a bottle with a counter-ring, of the type including a skirt, and of an annular anti-tamper collar connected to the skirt by breakable bridges and having on its bottom a plurality of articulated tabs which are folded back against the inside face of the collar, wherein the tabs are of constant section and include two parts, namely a first curved part, connected to the bottom of the collar and continued by a second rectilinear part, the joining portion between these two parts being intended to bear against the counter-ring, while the free rectilinear portion is intended to bear against the inside face of the collar.

Abstract: A stoppering device non-removably attached to the flanged neck of a container has a base (8) projecting beyond the neck of the container, with at least two arcuate surface sections extending from the base and disposed along a circle having a diameter slightly greater than that of the outer surface of the flanged neck (5). Each arcuate surface section (16) is extended on at least one of its sides in the circumferential direction by a locking foot (17). Each foot is integral with the arcuate surface at the end of the section opposite to the base (8) and is inclined inward from the end integral with the arcuate surface section (16) to a free end of the foot located toward the base (8). Each foot abuts the flanged neck (5) and holds the stoppering device securely onto the container.

Abstract: A leaktight stopper unit and pouring tube for a container having an opening surrounded by a cylindrical neck having an intermediate element which includes inner and outer generally cylindrical sleeves connected by a top surface defining a cylindrical cavity for placement over the cylindrical neck of a container. A pouring tube which includes a memory effect bellows and which is retractible into the annular intermediate element, a removable closing stopper having a top portion such that an inner face of the top portion contacts the top of the pouring tube to compress the pouring tube in a retracted position substantially within the annular intermediate element. The inner sleeve of the annular intermediate element is sized to fit snugly with a cylindrical neck of a container and additionally comprises an integrally extending shoulder flange for retaining the pouring tube within the intermediate element.

Abstract: A closure for a recipient having an upwardly open annular neck centered on an axis and formed with an external attachment formation and an axially downwardly projecting shoulder has a unitary one-piece cap formed of a relatively soft synthetic resin and a unitary one-piece tamper-resistant ring formed of a relatively hard synthetic resin. The cap itself is formed with an end sealingly fittable over the neck and an annular skirt projecting axially from the end and formed internally with an attachment formation complementary to that of the neck. The skirt has remote from the end a rim and is formed between the rim and the end with a radially inwardly open groove. The tamper-resistant ring is formed with an annular upper part having an outwardly projecting ridge normally seated in the groove of the skirt, an annular lower part having an inwardly projecting lip fitting axially under the shoulder of the neck, and a relatively fragile web axially joining the unitarily formed with both parts.

Abstract: A metering pouring stopper comprising two elements of a moldable or injectable material which is at least somewhat flexible. One of these elements comprises a pouring lip which can be fastened to the free end to the threaded neck of the container, while the other element comprises a metering chamber and a threaded skirt to be screwed onto the threaded neck of the container. Since the threads of the necks of containers always have a predetermined, constant angular orientation, the two elements of the stop that can fit into one another have assembly detachable means which make it possible to assemble them temporarily before they are placed onto the container.

Abstract: This invention relates to a dispensing stopper with rotating cap for pasty products, wherein axial displacement of the rotating cap is effected by cooperation of two series of oblique projections in contact and by cooperation of stops and oblique ramps. The base of the cap is further provided with a tearable guarantee strip.

Abstract: A cap for covering a container, the opening of which is initially blocked by a sealed lid. The bottom of the cap is provided with a deformable part provided with a perforation means. A deformable part initially occupies a position in which the perforation means is maintained at a distance from the lid. At the moment of first use of the contianer, the deformable part is lowered to a position in which the perforation means penetrates the plane of the lid. The configuration can be used with screw-on caps, particularly with caps having tamperproof bands, or with hinged caps.

Abstract: A tight screw cap having a cylindrical outside skirt threaded on the inside surrounding a pan bottom having a circular bottom wall surrounded by a cylindrical lateral wall connecting it to the upper edge of the outside skirt of the cap. The outside diameter of this lateral cylindrical wall corresponds to the inside diameter of the threaded upper end of the neck of the container, the length of the cylindrical wall being less than that of the cylindrical skirt.The bottom wall of the pan bottom is connected to its lateral cylindrical wall by a part in the shape of a crown of bitruncated section delimiting, at the periphery of the bottom wall, an annular groove of approximately annular section projecting, in relation to the bottom wall, from the same side as the free end of the outside skirt.

Abstract: A disposable container is provided with a unitary sealing assembly having the capability for indicating that the container has not been opened and including a disc portion for enclosing the opening of the container and a seal portion positioned between the disc portion and the opening of the container, and a threaded collar for engaging the opening of the container and for retaining the unitary sealing assembly to the opening of the container.

Abstract: The invention relates to a cap provided with a guarantee strip for stoppering receptacles with a threaded neck, wherein the guarantee strip is formed by at least two separate elements connected to the base of the skirt of the cap by two bosses, of which one, is located ahead of the other as the cap is screwed on and is more resistant than the other, said one boss being severed when the cap is unscrewed. The invention is particularly applicable to the stoppering of bottles of sparkling beverages.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a stopper having a sleeve with pouring lip for bottles and like receptacles with necks. Inside the sleeve is provided a transverse disc supported on spaced apart arms join to a perforated annular partition supporting the sleeve. When the liquid is poured out, it is guided between the periphery of the disc and the sleeve, at the same time that air is inducted through the upper openings of the perforated zone. The invention finds particular application in the stoppering industry.

Abstract: A temperproof closure element integrally formed from molded synthetic material. The top cap section has a series of outwardly spaced projections which cooperate with mating inwardly spaced projections on a tear strip. A locking collar is provided with a similar series of inwardly spaced projections corresponding with mating outwardly directed projections on the same tear strip. The thickness of material along each of the set of mating projections is diminished providing a zone of reduced strength so that the tear strip can be removed prior to first use of the container containing the closure element.
