The first DCI is indicative of the slot format. The one or more symbols are configured as flexible by a Radio Resource Control (RRC) configuration. The one or more symbols are in the slot.

Each slot of the one or more slots is in the association set and contains a PSFCH resource of the sidelink resource pool. The UE generates a sidelink Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook based upon one or more occasions associated with one or more PSFCH resources of the sidelink resource pool. The one or more occasions is determined or derived based upon the one or more slots and the period of N slots.

A first PDCP Sequence Number (SN) of the first PDCP PDU is set based upon one or more state variables used for sidelink transmission on the SLRB. If the sidelink packet duplication is de-configured or disabled for the SLRB, a second PDCP PDU, corresponding to a second PDCP SDU, is transmitted. Noduplicate of the second PDCP PDU is transmitted. A second PDCP SN of the second PDCP PDU is set based upon the one or more state variables used for sidelink transmission on the SLRB.
