  • Publication number: 20150372170
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a selective emitter structure (8) on a useful side (3) of a solar cell (1), wherein the emitter structure (8) comprises a doped emitter layer (4) and several contact elements (5), in particular contact fingers, arranged on the emitter layer, and wherein the emitter layer (4) is provided with higher doping in the region below the contact elements (5) than in the region between the contact elements (5). The following steps are provided: a) providing the solar cell (1) having an emitter layer that is doped overall, b) producing the contact elements (5) on the emitter layer (4), and c) reducing the doping of the emitter layer (4) in the region between the contact elements (5) by an etching processing of the entire useful side (3) of the solar cell (1). The invention further relates to a device and a solar cell.

  • Patent number: 9193089
Abstract: An apparatus for providing self-adhesive film sheets includes a film dispenser that provides a film strip with at least one carrier film and a film for use that is self-adhesive on at least one side. A conveying device conveys the film strip from the film dispenser together with the carrier film on a guide track to a removal station, at which the film for use is removed from the carrier film. The removal station has a carriage with a separating edge over which the carrier film can be drawn by the conveying device. An actuator displaces the carrier film along the guide track. The removal station includes a gripper for gripping a film sheet located in front of the separating edge and holding the film sheet stationary while the carriage is displaced on the guide track by the actuator counter to the conveying direction of the carrier film. Simultaneously, the carrier film is drawn away over the separating edge for detachment from the film sheet.

  • Patent number: 7225734
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a device and a method for positioning a substrate to be printed in accordance with a screen printing method, lying on a print table, with respect to a template of a screen of the screen printing device. After placement and fixing of the substrate on the print table, and with the screen arranged close to the print position, the side of the screen towards the print table is illuminated from the print table and at least one predetermined edge section of the substrate is photoelectrically detected from the print table. After evaluation of the detection signals, the screen is adjusted into its desired disposition with respect to the actual disposition of the substrate, and then the printing is effected.
