    Abstract: Electrophoretic media based on polymers with novel structures are disclosed. In one preferred embodiment, the polymers are formed by cross-linking polymerization of N,N-dimethylacrylamide with ethyleneglycol methacrylate. In another preferred embodiment, the polymers are formed by cross-linking polymerization of N,N-dimethylacrylamide and hydroxyethylmethacrylate with N,N-dimethylbisacrylamide.
