Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for visualizing sound coverage in a venue. An embodiment operates by receiving audio content from an audio source, determining audio signal properties of the audio content, where the audio signal properties comprise one or more spectral, temporal, spatial components (e.g., energy, spectrum or directivity), receiving an audio system configuration of loudspeakers or sound beams of a venue, visualizing the audio signal based on a mapping of an intersection of a unique volumetric beam of colored light, representing the spectral, temporal, spatial components, with a portion of the venue and displaying the visualized audio signal as a virtual representation of sound coverage of the portion of the venue.
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods related to a computer system having a processor and a main memory storing scrambled data are described. The processor may have a secure zone configured to store keys and an unscrambled zone configured to operate on unscrambled data. The processor can convert the scrambled data into the unscrambled data in the unscrambled zone using the keys retrieved from the secure zone in response to execution of instructions configured to operate on the unscrambled data. Another processor may also be coupled with the memory, but can be prevented from accessing the unscrambled data in the unscrambled zone.
Abstract: A water-mediated process prepares a polymeric (meth)acrylation composition. In some embodiments, the process includes providing a stabilized aqueous solution including a (meth)acrylation component and a polyol monomer in a vessel under an inert atmosphere and adding a diacid monomer to the vessel under the inert atmosphere. In some embodiments, the process includes providing a stabilized aqueous solution including a (meth)acrylation component and a copolymer of a polyol monomer and a diacid monomer in a vessel under an inert atmosphere. The process further includes heating and removing water from the vessel under the inert atmosphere to produce the polymeric (meth)acrylation composition. The polymeric (meth)acrylation composition includes a (meth)acrylation polyester copolymer of the diacid monomer and the polyol monomer with the (meth)acrylation component conjugated to the (meth)acrylation polyester copolymer.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a unique new approach to generating operating condition information used for assessing flow assurance and structural integrity. More specifically, apparatuses, systems and methods configured in accordance with embodiments of the present invention enable multiplexed arrangement of optical fiber for sensing of operating conditions within a structural member and utilize fiber optic sensors for enabling monitoring of operating condition information within one or more elongated tubular members. To this end, fiber optic sensors are strategically placed at a plurality of locations along a length of each elongated tubular member thereby allowing critical operating conditions such as strain, temperature and pressure of the elongated tubular member and/or a fluid therein to be monitored. A multiplexing unit is used for allowing selective configuration of individual lengths of optical fiber for creating one or more contiguous optical fiber structures.
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for operating an electric motor including multiple rotor and stator sections. In one example, a system may include the multiple rotor sections configured to be mechanically coupled and decoupled from each other concurrently with multiple stator sections configured to be electrically coupled and decoupled from each other, within certain regimes of operation of the electric motor.
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a battery-powered stapling tool. A stapling tool includes a drive wheel, a slide comprising a first slide segment and a second slide segment, and a drive shaft receivable by the slide, wherein the drive shaft is coupled to and drivable by the drive wheel such that rotation of the drive wheel in a first rotational direction moves the drive shaft from the first slide segment to the second slide segment back to the first slide segment. The stapling tool further includes a lifting element, wherein the lifting element defines the slide and is drivable by the drive shaft, and an ejector coupled to the lifting element and drivable by the drive shaft.

Abstract: A process of making a fuel product from a non-combustible high protein organic material such as a biological by-product or waste material. The moisture content of the high protein organic material is mechanically reduced and dried to reduce the moisture content to less than ten percent (10%). The high protein organic material is pulverized to a particle size of less than about 2 mm. The high protein organic waste material is fed into a combustion chamber and separated during combustion such as by spraying high protein organic waste material within the combustion chamber. Temperature and combustion reactions within the combustion chamber are controlled by controlling the moisture in the combustion atmosphere and energy injections at or downstream of the combustion chamber. The concentration of protein thermal decomposition by-products, temperature, and residence time and/or additions of energy plasma within the combustion chamber environment are controlled to degrade hazardous polyfluoro compounds.
