Each of the group of SRGs is associated with one or more communication devices resulting in a group of communication devices. Further embodiments include determining a first Quality of Experience (QoE) metric for a first portion of the group of communication devices based on the group of flow records, and determining that the first QoE metric is below a first QoE metric threshold.
