    Abstract: An injection device includes a syringe including a body having an opening, a conversion portion, a button, and a slider. The button includes a pair of leg portions disposed so as to straddle the conversion portion and having front slopes inclined with respect to a tip direction by a set angle. The conversion portion includes a pair of engaging portions connected to a rear end portion of a gasket and having rear slopes that slidingly contact the front slopes of the leg portions. The slider moves the conversion portion and button in the tip direction. The conversion portion moves in the tip direction along with the gasket in accordance with an operation of pushing down the button toward the inside of the body. An injection unit includes the injection device and one or more adjustment members configured to adjust the frontmost position of the button in the opening.
