Publication number: 20070166689Abstract: An improved skills assessment tool hosted by a server downloads a checklist builder to a client as software component. When the software component is executed, a checklist builder interface is displayed through a browser at the client. A user creates checklist data through the checklist builder interface, which provides a WYSIWYG environment. Checklist data is stored locally and sent to the server in a single request. When a completed checklist is submitted to the skills assessment tool, the selected answers are stored without scoring. The scoring occurs during report generation by the reporting tool of the skills assessment tool. The reporting tool is integrated with the checklist builder, so that a user may be returned to the checklist builder interface at the client to modify question parameters for any question in the checklist. The selected answers are rescored and the category filters reapplied, and the report is generated.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 13, 2006Publication date: July 19, 2007Applicant: Atellis, Inc.Inventors: Lucas Huang, Chaflc Kazoun
