The light-diffusing portion is continuously installed outside of the belt-like insulating case. The light-diffusing portion includes an open space and a curved section surrounding the open space. The LEDs of the LED unit are connected with the electric wires for light-emitting. The LED unit is formed capable of being folded standing laterally against the light-emitting direction.
