Abstract: A modular shelter, is provided having an assembly of at least one each of a modular wall panel, modular floor portion, and modular roof panel. The modular wall panel having a sill plate, top plate, plurality of vertical studs extending therebetween, and a skin with a first edge having a waveform profile for connecting to an adjacent modular panel; and one of the vertical studs being an end stud and having a first connector element configured to be secured to a first complementing connector element of an adjacent second modular panel; and further each modular roof panel has a peak crosspiece, bottom crosspiece, and plurality of rafters, with the first rafter having an engagement member to be engaged with a complementary engagement member of another modular roof panel, and further a second connector element configured to be secured to a second complementing connector element of a second modular roof panel.

Abstract: A modular display panel system providing a plurality of modular display panels that can be connected together to form a larger display than any of the display panels. The display panel system has at least one modular display panel that can be releasably secured to at least one other modular display panel. The modular display panel has a panel, a frame assembly, and a jack assembly. The panel providing a display surface on the front and configured to be releasably secured to the frame assembly. The frame assembly having a rectangular structure and providing a first stile, a second stile, a top plate, a bottom plate, and at least one toggle. The first stile having at least one connector and a trifunctional mortise; and the second stile having at least one second connector and a trifunctional mortise. The jack assembly provides a jack leg pivotably secured to the frame assembly, and a locking brace pivotably secured to the jack leg.

Abstract: A mobile home system is provided and generally includes a structure and a trailer. The structure includes a floor portion, a roof portion, and a plurality of vertical walls positioned between the floor portion and the roof portion. The trailer is coupled to the floor portion of the mobile home and includes a chassis and a tongue, the chassis includes a pair of outer frame rails and a pair of inner frame rails extend longitudinally along a length of the trailer. The inner frame rails and the pair of outer frame rails form structural box members at the outermost sides of the trailer.

The plurality of modular display panel connectors not in contact with the display support structure and connecting the plurality of modular display panels from a rear planar surface side of the plurality of modular display panels. Each modular panel connector is positioned along the rear planar surface side of the plurality of modular display panels and includes a plurality of fasteners securing the plurality of modular display panels in the grid shape array.
