The separating device is configured to separate a mixture consisting of a vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) solid and a sulfate acid solution, thereby obtaining a vanadium solution from a liquid discharging port of the separating device and a vanadium solid from a solid discharging port. The vanadium solution includes pentavalent vanadium ions. The electrolytic tank connects to the liquid discharging port of the separating device to contain the vanadium solution. No matter a supporting member is used for calendering or not, a thin polar plate with controllable thickness is fabricated. The polar plate is excellent in blocking the through-transmission of vanadium ions and the limit of blending ratio of conductive carbon is broken through. The longitudinal through-transmission volume resistivity (proportional resistance to thickness) is greatly improved by adjusting the blending ratio of conductive carbon for meeting the demand of conductivity. In the mean time, the present invention strengthens the rigidity required for the thin polar plate while providing large-area polar plate fabrication for industrial use and convenience and provides a cooling and pressing method for patterning a composite polar plate. Patent number: 11247947Abstract: A method is provided to purify [F-18]FEONM under a high pressure. The synthesis processes of [F-18]FEONM are integrated. An isolation process of non-toxic radio-high performance liquid chromatography (radio-HPLC) is used to purify the crude product. The method integrates a convention [F-18]FDG synthesizer and a novel radio-HPLC system together in a heat chamber. After radiofluorinating the precursor, the reaction product is purified with an alumina solid-phase column in advance to obtain the crude product while fluorine-18 is removed. Then, diphenyl semipreparative HPLC column is used for a final purification. A non-toxic solvent is used for mobile-phase eluting to remove the unreacted precursor and the phase-transfer solvent. The radiofluorination has a reaction yield about 50 percent (%). The method has an uncorrected radiochemical yield of 10˜20%. A reusable positive electrode is further equipped with a V electrolyte. A reductant for a stack of VRFB is used in coordination as an electrolysis device. After a long-term reaction with a VRFB having a high valence (greater than 3.5), an electrolyte at the positive electrode is directed out to a negative electrode of the electrolysis device; and, then, electrolysis is processed after accurate calculation. The heat pipes with extremely high thermal conductivity can be used to replace the traditional water-cooled torch's electrode. The effect of reducing the elevated temperature at the torch's arc root zone through cooling by heat pipes is beneficial for prolonging the lifetime of plasma torch. Each heat pipe is filled with a small amount of working fluid. Even if one heat pipe is etched out, the cooling liquid thus ejected is limited without causing gas explosion and rock curing; the rest of heat pipes are not damage and can still function; although the heat dissipation efficiency might be reduced a little, the plasma torch still works.
