Abstract: A process for producing spherical activated carbon is complex; therefore, an adsorbent that has an effective adsorption amount larger than or equal to that of spherical activated carbon and that is easily produced is desired. An adsorption heat pump uses, as refrigerant, carbon dioxide and uses, as an adsorbent, a metal-organic framework including a metal ion and an organic ligand. The metal-organic framework is, for example, MOF-200.
Abstract: Provided are an adsorption element, a humidity control apparatus, and an atmospheric water generator capable of suppressing desorption of a metal organic framework. An adsorption element including a base material layer in which a fiber structure in which fibers are integrated and a metal organic framework including a metal ion and an organic ligand are mixed. The metal organic framework is sandwiched between the fibers and held by the fiber structure.
Abstract: A method for separating a fluorocarbon, the method including separating a fluorocarbon having n carbon atoms from a mixture including the fluorocarbon having n carbon atoms and a fluorocarbon having n+m or more carbon atoms, where the fluorocarbon having n carbon atoms is separated by bringing the mixture and an adsorbent into contact with each other, n is an integer of 1 or more; and m is an integer of 1 or more.
