Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, apparatus, article of manufacture, method, and/or computer program product embodiments for the secure and efficient data filtering of non-permitted data. An embodiment operates by receiving a permissions profile modification request from a user device of a user to modify permissions profile information identified by an anonymized profile identifier. The embodiment further operates by modifying the permissions profile information associated with the user identified by the anonymized profile identifier, in response to receiving the permissions profile modification request to modify at least one permissions attribute of the users permissions profile information, and synchronizing the permitted profile information of the user stored in a permitted profile datastore based on the modification to the permissions attribute of the users permissions profile information.
