The system includes an identity verification device and a biometric data memory storing an identification pair including an identifier and biometric data of the person. The identification verification device using the biometric data to verify the identity of the person, effectuating a proof-of liveness test and requirement, by dynamically generating and/or selecting challenge questions and comparing answers to those questions with the stored biometric data.
