Patents Assigned to Atronic Casino Technology Distribution GmbH
  • Patent number: 6089980
Abstract: A method of a shared jackpot system of a gambling apparatus unit is provided, where the gambling apparatus unit comprises a plurality of coin-operated gambling machines. The gambling machines are linked to each other and jointly fill a jackpot. A predetermined part of the gambling bet of each gambling machine is employed to fill the jackpot. The filling level of the jackpot is displayed on each gambling machine and with a large display. A communication board is coordinated to each gambling apparatus in addition to a control unit. Upon actuation of the gambling machines, it is automatically determined which one of the gambling machines assumes the control in the form of a master. The master gambling machine monitors whether a jackpot trigger value is present. In case a jackpot trigger value is present, a command sequence is sent to all linked gambling machines. At the same time there occurs a final game in the gambling machines based on the command sequence.

  • Patent number: 5785595
Abstract: A random number generator determines the stop positions of display means of entertainment machines and of gambling machines. The random number generator is a component of the control unit which assumes the sequential play control. A uniform stopping of the rotating reel body is made possible and the stop positions cannot be reconstructed and predicted. In order to stop the rotating reel body in a non-reconstructable but uniform way in specific symbol-combination-displaying rest positions, a disjoint subset of the set of numbers accessible by the pseudo-random number generator is coordinated to each win class. Subsequently, a pseudo-random number is generated by the pseudo-random number generator and a win class is associated to this pseudo-random number. The symbol combination of the thus determined win class to be displayed is subsequently displayed with the rotating reel bodies stopped in position displaying symbols associated with the win class.

  • Patent number: 5740897
Abstract: A device for removing a paper currency stacker is furnished, where the paper currency stacker is connected to a paper currency validator at a coin-operated entertainment machine. The coin-operated entertainment machine includes a game device for representing winning or non-winning symbol combinations. In addition, a device of receiving coins and a further device for receiving bills are furnished in the front side area of the display windows of the entertainment machine. The invention device allows to withdraw a paper currency container through the front side of the entertainment machine. A part of the front side is formed as a front cover panel section for this purpose, where the front cover panel section is disposed on a guide rail system. A paper currency validator is placed behind the front cover panel section. A paper currency stacker with a paper currency container follows to the paper currency validator. The paper currency stacker is removably disposed at the paper currency validator.

  • Patent number: 5725428
Abstract: A slot machine device comprises an input sensor for sensing tokens delivered to the slot machine. A processor is connected to the input sensor for receiving information about tokens entered into the machine and for initiating a corresponding cycle of the slot machine. A first pseudo random number generator is connected to the processor for being triggered upon sensing a token input. A background position control unit is connected to the first pseudo random number generator for associating a plurality of position pointer addresses to the signal from the first pseudo random number generator. A background reel memory includes a plurality of background reel memory sections, with each background reel memory section coordinated to a corresponding one of the plurality of position pointer addresses and connected to the processor for delivering to the processor the final configuration of this cycle.

  • Patent number: 5702302
Abstract: The stopped rotating bodies of coin-operated gambling machines display a symbol combination which decides a win or non-win situation. The stop positions of the rotating bodies are determined with a random number generator. A random number generator is provided, which allows, without large expenditures, to adapt quickly the respective number of symbols to be displayed and the respective display frequency. A result output region is coordinated to each symbol. The symbol sequence is determined for the respective result output region with a pseudo-random number. The pseudo-random number is compared with a predetermined number from the respective result output region and in case of a numerical coincidence between pseudo-random number and predetermined number, a symbol of a rotating reel stop position and coordinated to the result output region, is displayed.
