Abstract: A comfortable-to-wear garment is disclosed that can be easily adjusted to fit a variety of wearers having different body sizes and shapes. The garment includes an upper garment part intended to be worn on an upper half of the body. A plurality of elastic cords is attached to a body fabric portion between a waist section and a chest section of the upper garment part. Each elastic cord extends in a substantially horizontal direction and is attached to the body fabric portion by a fastener portion at respective opposite portions in the longitudinal direction of the elastic cord. A free length of each elastic cord between the respective fastener portions is adjustable.
