Patent number: 9779504Abstract: Method for locating anomalous features in medical images in which medical images are supplied by an external source. A sequence of specific measurements is executed on the supplied data to obtain image-related metrics. The metrics are compared to corresponding values in a database resulting in an anomalous/not anomalous determination. Anomalous determinations are presented to the test operator for analysis along with supplemental historical data. In application to all types of medical imagery, potential anomalies are located resulting in an efficient and accurate diagnosis. For paired body parts having symmetrical properties, as a pre-screening stage, a line of symmetry between the body parts is determined and symmetric regions of the two body parts on opposite sides of the determined line of symmetry are analyzed for differences. The metric comparison using the database is performed between both symmetric regions only when differences between the symmetric regions of the subject medical image are present.Type: GrantFiled: April 28, 2016Date of Patent: October 3, 2017Assignee: ATTI International Services Company, Inc.Inventors: William Biagiotti, Eli Levi, David Levi

Patent number: 9177379Abstract: Method and sequence for locating anomalous features in medical images in which medical images are supplied by an external source such as a CAT or XRAY scan machine or other similar device. A sequence of specific measurements is executed on the supplied data to obtain metrics relating to the images. The metrics are then compared to the corresponding values in an accompanying database resulting in an anomalous/not anomalous determination. Anomalous determinations are presented to the test operator for final analysis along with supplemental historical data. In application to all types of medical imagery, potential anomalies are quickly located resulting in an efficient and more accurate diagnosis.Type: GrantFiled: May 12, 2014Date of Patent: November 3, 2015Assignee: ATTI International Services Company, Inc.Inventors: William Biagiotti, Eli Levi, David Levi

Patent number: 8530851Abstract: Electron beam profile testing and analysis method is introduced using the MOMS apparatus. The MOMS apparatus includes a Faraday Cup with a knife-wires scanning system which together perform simultaneous measurements. The scanning system has a five-dimensional processing mechanism for measuring different cross sections of an e-beam profile in a path of the e-beam. Measurements are conducted using the scanning system by virtually dividing each cross section into a plurality of subsections and measuring independent current values of at least one wire of the scanning system through which the electron beam passes from every pixel in each of the plurality of subsections. By providing relative movement between the scanning system and e-beam, the measured independent current values are analyzed to obtain the functional form of distribution of current density of the cross-section of the e-beam. The Faraday cup enables simultaneous measurement of the total value of the current.Type: GrantFiled: December 21, 2012Date of Patent: September 10, 2013Assignee: ATTI International Services Company, Inc.Inventors: Artush A.
