    Abstract: A testing system of a liquid crystal display panel including a substrate, a driving circuit, a first testing pad, and a second testing pad is provided. The substrate includes a pixel array whose one side has a pixel testing area. The driving circuit is formed on the substrate and connected to the other side of the pixel testing area for providing a signal to the pixel array. The first testing pad is connected to the driving circuit. The second testing pad is connected to the pixel testing area. The testing method of the liquid crystal display panel includes: respectively testing whether the liquid crystal display panel and the pixel testing area have a defect and accordingly generating a first testing pattern and a second testing pattern; combining the first testing pattern and the second testing pattern to determine whether the defect occurs at the driving circuit or the pixel array.

    Abstract: A method for fabricating a pixel structure of a liquid crystal device is provided. The method comprises providing a substrate defining a thin film transistor (TFT) region and a display region thereon. An opaque conductive layer is formed on the TFT region, and a transparent pixel electrode is formed on the display region. A patterned photoresist passivation layer is formed by backside exposure process on the TFT region, wherein the opaque conductive layer serves as the photo-mask during the backside exposure process. The photoresist passivation layer is subjected to a middle bake process to be reflowed, resulting in a complete covering of the opaque conductive layer.

    Abstract: A method that uses at least one hydrogen ion beam for alignment of liquid crystal molecules is proposed in the present invention. The method of the present invention is proposed to resolve the problems of physical destruction and surface deterioration of the alignment films caused by the conventional method using argon ions beams. The method of the present invention directly uses at least one hydrogen ion beam to impact the alignment film. Hence, the physical destruction of the alignment film is reduced. In addition, via the reaction between hydrogen ions and the alignment films, the quality of the alignment film is improved.

The pixel driving circuit comprises a current source, a driving pump, and a discharge circuit. A fixed current is provided by the current source. The driving pump coupled to the current source and a Light Emitting Diode (LED), charges a cell to saturation by the fixed current, such that the potential of the cell drives the LED lighting. The discharge circuit, coupled to the driving pump and a data line, controls the cell discharge based on a data signal on the data line. The discharge circuit controls the cell discharge speed, whereby the LED lighting time and luminance is adjusted.

The transition film has a transparency ratio with respect to blue light and a transparency ratio with respect to red light, and the ratios range from 0.5 to 0.95. The transparency ratio with respect to blue light is greater than that with respect to red light. The backlight module comprises one or more light emitting diodes (LEDs) to provide light.
