    Abstract: A toilet flushing device has a diverter valve which permits the supply of high pressure water to the rim flushing conduit of a toilet bowl when the toilet bowl is flushed, thereby enhancing the flushing of the toilet bowl. The diverter valve has provisions for adjusting the level of refill water inside the toilet bowl so as to help reduce water consumption.
