Abstract: A method for providing a dynamically-updated electronic report of assets available for transaction to a user is provided. The electronic report is provided to a computing device operated by the user. The electronic report includes one or more entries that each corresponds to an asset for sale. Each entry can include a link for the corresponding asset. In response to receiving user selection of a link on the report, one or more characteristics of the asset corresponding to the selected link are determined. One or more additional assets are determined based on the one or more characteristics. The electronic report is dynamically updated to include one or more entries corresponding to the one or more additional assets. A user profile of the user can also be updated in response to the user's selection.

Abstract: A method for data isolation in a multi-tenant environment includes a vault API that is programmed to generate a key ID corresponding to a client ID associated with received entity data and pass an encryption request to a separate computer system that generates a data key to encrypt the entity data. The encrypted data is then returned to the vault API that then stores the encrypted data in a client collection associated with the client ID.

Abstract: A set of dynamically-modifiable objects are maintained by a network system for a listing on an online marketplace. Each of the dynamically-modifiable objects includes a pointer referencing a corresponding one of a set of data records, each being associated with a respective asset for sale via the listing on the online marketplace. While the listing is active on the online marketplace, the network system can detect a change in status for a first data record that is referenced by a first pointer of a first dynamically-modifiable object. In response, the network system can identify a second data record not referenced by any pointers of the set of dynamically-modifiable objects and automatically update the first dynamically-modifiable object by de-referencing the first pointer from the first data record and referencing the first pointer to the second data record.

Abstract: A method and system for generating content for listings of items for sale on an online marketplace is provided. A user interface for display on a computing device operated by a user of the online marketplace is provided. A listing of an item for sale on the online marketplace can be analyzed to determine one or more characteristics of the listing. A predictive indicator indicating whether the listing will complete can be determined based on the one or more characteristics. Based on the predictive indicator indicating that the listing will not complete, one or more virtual personalities can be selected, based at least in part on a user profile maintained the user, for presentation on the user interface. In response to selecting the one or more virtual personalities, the one or more virtual personalities can be automatically presented within the user interface displayed on the computing device.

Abstract: A dynamic auction webpage for an online auction is presented on a user device. The dynamic auction includes a bidder interface that enables a user to submit a bid on an asset associated with the dynamic auction webpage. The bidder interface displays one or more bidding parameters associated with a subsequent bid to be submitted via the bidding interface. The one or more bidding parameters is one or more of: a current bid, a next bid, or a bid increment. While the online auction is being conducted, an indicator of interest in the online auction is determined based at least in part on activity data associated with the online auction, including a page view count maintained by the network system for the dynamic auction webpage. At least one of the one or more bidding parameters is determined based on the indicator of interest and the bidder interface is dynamically updated.

Abstract: A method and system is disclosed for user-published interactive widgets for auctions hosted by an auction forum resource. Examples include an auction forum configured to generate a script associated with an auction upon a publisher-request, and to provide the script to be published on the publisher's resource, resulting in an external interactive component displayed on the publisher's resource. Example features may be configured to respond to user inputs submitted from the interactive component. Furthermore, reward logic can be included to issue a reward to the publisher associated with the script request.

Abstract: A system and method for structuring an online auction when a reserve price is not met are described. In an online auction, bidding activity is analyzed over a duration to determine whether there are multiple active bidders for the auction and whether the reserve price for the auction is met after a designated period of time. In response to making that determination, the bidder interface for a sole active bidder on the auction can be automatically updated to include a notification that the bid has not met the reserve price and an option to place a new bid on the item so that the auction is successful and does not end with no bids meeting the reserve.

Abstract: A method and system for a seller auction dashboard and reserve price lowering are described. The system generates a dashboard presentation that displays real-time information about each of a seller's auctions including a current price, reserve price, and an indicator of whether the latest bid was set by a prospective buyer or the seller masquerading as a buyer. The dashboard also indicates which auctions are below their reserve prices and displays reserve price suggestions and success probabilities based on qualitative and quantitative metrics.

The list can be updated based on the changed one or more statutes. As an example, the auction event information can include a top bid, and an indication as to whether a reserve price has been met. The displayed information can indicate a probability as to whether the auction will be successful.
