Abstract: A method, of and apparatus for, creeling bobbins into a working position on a ring spinning machine wherein rails are arranged above the ring spinning machine, these rails extending substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the ring spinning machine. The rails accommodate trolleys movable therealong and carrying bobbins placed thereon. Connecting means serve to connect the rails to a rail arrangement leading to the ring spinning machine. In operation, the trolleys are transported onto the rails above the ring spinning machine and the full bobbins are brought into their working position.
