Abstract: A wire connector with two spring plate parts comprises a box, a spring plate, a fixing base, and a conductive plate. The spring plate is integrally formed and fixed inside the box. The spring plate has first plate parts on its first extension part and second plate parts on its second extension part. The exposed end of a wire is inserted via the holes of the fixing base and held by the first plate parts and the second plate parts. The exposed end of the wire is thus in electrical contact with the conductive plate on the bottom part.
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a conducting wire terminal includes the steps of: preparing a strip tube of a predetermined length; boring both ends of the strip tube separately, such that a body is formed between both ends of the strip tube and has a diameter smaller than both ends of the strip tube, and the copper sleeve is accommodated in the body; and compressing an intersection of both ends of the strip tube and the body, such that a circular tapered neck is formed at the intersection of both ends of the strip tube and the body, and a circular slanting guide surface is formed separately on opposite internal surface of each tapered neck of the strip tube.
Abstract: A conducting wire terminal includes: an insulating sleeve, having two open ends, a tube body formed between the two open ends, and a first slanting guide surface formed around an internal surface of one of the open ends of the insulating sleeve and tapered towards the tube body; a copper sleeve, passed into the tube body; an internal sleeve, accommodated into another open end of the insulating sleeve; and a second slanting guide surface, formed around an internal surface of the internal sleeve and tapered towards the tube body of the insulating sleeve.
Abstract: A sleeve-type wire connector comprises: a first tube having a first opening end and a connecting end, with a first guiding surface in the first opening end that can retract toward the connecting end thereof; a copper sleeve in the connecting end of the first tube; and a second tube having a connecting end corresponding to the connecting end of the first tube and a second opening end, with a second guiding surface in the second opening end that can retract toward the connecting end thereof.
Abstract: A terminal with a heat shrink tube for wrapping connected wires includes a metal sleeve being made of copper and having an enlarged portion formed on one end of the metal sleeve. The metal sleeve receives at least one stripped litz wire and is securely electrically connected to the at least one stripped litz wire after being clamped. A plastic collar is longitudinally connected to the enlarged portion of the metal sleeve. The plastic collar is a heat shrink tube and has a tapered portion formed on one end of the plastic collar. The tapered portion is connected to the enlarged portion of the metal sleeve such that a diameter of the tapered portion is gradually reduced relative to the metal and adapted for guiding the at least one stripped litz wire into the metal sleeve.
