  • Patent number: 9499146
Abstract: Provided is a hydraulic braking device wherein the heat of a driving coil can be absorbed by a base body, and the heat radiation performance is excellent. The hydraulic braking device having a base body that includes therein a fluid passage for brake fluid, includes: a solenoid valve disposed on one surface of the base body; and a driving coil attached around an axis of the solenoid valve, wherein the one surface of the base body is provided with a wall surface facing an outer circumferential surface of the driving coil. A lower surface of the driving coil is in contact with the one surface of the base body, and a clearance is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the driving coil and the wall surface.

  • Patent number: 9457784
Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides a brake hydraulic pressure generating device, including: a master cylinder, a stroke simulator and an on/off valve. The on/off valve opens/closes a branch hydraulic pressure passage, which branches from a main hydraulic pressure passage. The on/off valve includes a first valve mechanism including a first valve portion and a first valve seat, and a second valve mechanism including a second valve portion and a second valve seat. The first valve seat is formed in the second valve portion. A pressure receiving area in which brake hydraulic pressure acting from the stroke simulator side is received is set to be higher in the second valve portion than in the first valve portion.

  • Patent number: 9434365
Abstract: There is provided a hydraulic pressure controller to be mounted on a vehicle which is configured so that a driving torque transmitted to wheels during a stop of the vehicle reduces. The hydraulic pressure controller includes a vehicle holding controller configured to carry out a vehicle holding control to hold a brake hydraulic pressure applied to the wheels during the stop of vehicle stop. In the case that an actual-pressure-equivalent hydraulic pressure corresponding to a brake hydraulic pressure actually applied to the wheels is not more than a predetermined hydraulic pressure at a start time of the vehicle holding control, the vehicle holding controller sets a pressurization target pressure using a specific driving torque applied at the start time of the vehicle holding control and carries out a pressurization control to raise the brake hydraulic pressure to the pressurization target pressure.

  • Patent number: 9421952
Abstract: One embodiment provides a vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control apparatus configured to perform a pressure hold control to hold a brake hydraulic pressure in a state in which a vehicle comes to a halt. Further, the pressure hold control is canceled using an initial pressure reduction mode in which the brake hydraulic pressure is reduced at one of a rapid pressure reduction rate of a previously-set given gradient and a normal pressure reduction rate calculated based at least on an accelerator opening, which is higher and a latter pressure reduction mode in which the brake hydraulic pressure is reduced at the normal pressure reduction rate after the brake hydraulic pressure has been reduced to a switching threshold by the initial pressure reduction mode.

  • Patent number: 9415755
Abstract: A vehicle brake hydraulic control apparatus includes a reservoir, a hydraulic pressure pump, an orifice, a damper and a one-way valve. The reservoir absorbs an excess brake hydraulic pressure of a wheel brake. The hydraulic pressure pump suctions brake fluid absorbed by the reservoir and returns the suctioned brake fluid to a master cylinder through a return line. The orifice is provided in the return line. The damper is connected to the return line between the orifice and the hydraulic pressure pump and damps discharge pressure pulsation of the hydraulic pressure pump. The one-way valve is provided in the return line between the damper and the orifice and prevents a hydraulic flow from an orifice side to a damper side.

  • Patent number: 9415692
Abstract: A vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control apparatus includes a wheel speed acquiring section, a vehicle body deceleration calculator, and a switch section. The wheel speed acquiring section is configured to acquire a wheel speed from a wheel speed sensor. The vehicle body deceleration calculator is configured to calculate a vehicle body deceleration. The switch section is configured to switch control from the regenerative cooperation control to the hydraulic pressure control, based on (i) a wheel deceleration which is determined based on the wheel speed and (ii) the vehicle body deceleration. The vehicle body deceleration calculator is configured to calculate the vehicle body deceleration based on a required deceleration which corresponds to a driver's operation of a braking pedal.
