    Abstract: A device and method is presented for removing filler from electrical cords or the like comprising a heater, a nozzle for directing a thin stream of heated air against the filler, and a pulse generator is provided whereby cord filler is degraded by heat and ejected from the cord by a pulse of high pressure air.
