    Abstract: The invention relates to a downhole measurement sensor assembly for an electrical submersible pump that is housed within a rugged, insulated and durable enclosure. The downhole measurement sensor assembly can be manufactured in accordance with the method described herein. The sensor assembly is configured to be inserted into a windings area of a downhole motor of the electrical submersible pump. The sensor assembly includes insulated lead wires that are connected to a thin-film temperature sensing element for monitoring the ESP motor operating temperature. The thin-film sensing element includes thin lead wires that are electrically connected via a connection substrate to the insulated lead wires. The thin-film sensing element is mounted the connection member, and the connection member may include attachment apertures for connecting the insulated lead wires.

    Abstract: A fluid delivery system includes a laboratory instrument that operates using fluid retained in one or more containers. The containers are supported on a motor-driven lift that is configured to transport the containers between a lowered position suitable for handling and an elevated position suitable for the delivery of fluid to the instrument by gravity. The lift includes a bench-mountable base, a tubular column extending upward from the base, an elongated lead screw extending longitudinally through the column, a drive mechanism for rotatably driving the lead screw, a carriage slidably mounted over the tubular column and mechanically coupled to the lead screw, a platform removably coupled to the carriage for supporting the containers, and a control system for regulating operation of the drive mechanism. During operation, a slot provided in the column restricts travel of the platform along a predefined path that is linear in part and helical in part.

    Abstract: A modular tooling apparatus having serrated teeth for providing orbital and linear adjustment of a modular tool. The modular tooling apparatus includes a mounting member and a base coupling having mating contoured surfaces for providing linear adjustment of the base coupling relative to the mounting member. A spacer is provided having contoured surfaces wherein the contoured surfaces matingly and adjustably connect to a contoured surface of the base coupling for rotational adjustment of the modular tool about a longitudinal axis. The modular tool has a contoured surface that matingly and adjustably connects to the contoured surface of the spacer for rotational adjustment about the longitudinal axis. A biasing member engages the spacer and the modular tool for biasing the spacer toward the base member and away from the modular tool.

The noise reduction portion is disposed to engage noise reduction portions of other carriers when the carriers collide on the conveyor belt and to avoid engaging portions of the machine other than the conveyor belt during a period of time when the machine is using the speed of the conveyor belt to calculate the position of the carrier.
