    Abstract: A delta type robot is described. The robot comprises a base (1) where six servomotors (20) are assembled; each corresponds to three pairs (2) of articulate arms (40), each independently coupled to a torque compensation device (4) and comprised of (a) a proximal arm (41), attached on one end to a joint (44), and (b) a distal arm (45) attached on one end to a joint (44) and attached on the opposite end by means of a joint (51) to a universal effector (3) capable of coupling, manipulating and operating a wide range of tools.
