  • Patent number: 8689655
Abstract: A multi-speed transmission for a motor vehicle, in particular for a sports car, has several forward speeds and a reverse speed, an input or primary shaft, a first output or secondary shaft for driving a first drive shaft leading to an axle differential, and a second output shaft or tertiary shaft for driving a second drive shaft leading to another axle differential. The first output or secondary shaft and the second output or tertiary shaft carry two meshing fixed gears. The fixed gear on the first output or secondary shaft meshes with an idle gear on the input or primary shaft. In one of the forward speeds the idle gear coupled in a rotationally restrained manner with the input or primary shaft directly drives the fixed gear on the first output or secondary shaft.

  • Publication number: 20140083606
Abstract: Disclosed is a process for manufacturing composite material products, having the following operating steps: molding at least one main component made of a composite material and one or more secondary components made of a composite material by means of one or more main molds and one or more secondary molds, respectively; arranging one or more intermediate substrates of fibers, in particular carbon fibers, pre-impregnated with a resin, between the main component and/or the secondary components in a molding assembly comprising at least one main mold and/or one or more secondary molds; curing the resin of the intermediate substrates in the molding assembly, so that the main component and the secondary components are joined to each other through the intermediate substrates. The present invention also relates to a system which can be used in such process.

  • Patent number: 8677847
Abstract: A 7-speed transmission for a motor vehicle, in particular for a sports car, includes an input or primary shaft, an output or secondary shaft, a first, a second, a third, a fourth, a fifth, a sixth and a seventh forward speed, as well as a reverse speed. In order to obtain a compact constructional design with a small transversal size and allow a sporty drive mode in the upshift from the first to the sixth speed, in which the shift process occur in an overlapping manner and almost without any interruption of the drive force, the eight speeds are combined in pairs into four shift groups, two of the four shift groups are arranged on the input or primary shaft and two on the output or secondary shaft, respectively, and at least between the first speed and the sixth speed adjacent speeds are arranged in different shift groups.

  • Publication number: 20140007377
Abstract: A hinge is disclosed having at least two groups of layers of fibers arranged on and/or under two opposite edges, respectively, of at least one substrate of a material flexible and compatible for the adhesion with resins for composite materials, so that a central portion of the substrate is not covered by these layers, the substrate and the layers being incorporated in a cured and flexible resin. The present invention also relates to a process for manufacturing said hinge.
