Electromagnetic noise in a frequency band between a low frequency and an intermediate frequency is blocked with the conductive layer, and electromagnetic noise in a frequency band between an intermediate frequency and a high frequency is blocked with the magnetic layer. The different frequency regions are assigned to the conductive layer and the magnetic layer, and therefore, the cross-sectional areas of the conductive layer and the magnetic layer need not be increased.
