Abstract: Glass melting furnace, of the type consisting of a melting chamber, inside which is found the liquid glass mass, with an outlet, and at least one flue gas recuperative chamber, a means for supplying the influx of fuel, featuring at least one mass temperature gauge immersed in the liquid glass mass and placed approximately at a height (h2) with respect to the bottom of the melting chamber of ⅓ to ⅕ of the height (h) of the level of the liquid glass mass, and ⅕ h≦h2≦⅓ h on the longitudinal axis of the melting chamber at a distance (11) with respect to the wall of the chamber opposite the outlet, of between 0.6 and 0.85 of the length of the melting chamber 0.6 l≦11≦0.85 l. For application in the manufacture of glass containers.

Abstract: Container capacity control system, which is comprised of a first horizontal linear guide (3) where there is a clamp head (13), which can move horizontally and rotate on the horizontal plane and which holds a first clamp (1) and a second clamp (2) for the input and output of an empty container (b1) respectively; a second horizontal linear guide (4) where means for the total filling or predetermined partial filling move; some weighing scales (5), which weigh the container (b1) empty and totally full or partially full with the predetermined amount, sending the weight data to a microprocessor, which controls the programmed system, so that it distinguishes between full-to-the-brim containers and containers partially filled, calculating the capacity based on the weighing data.

Abstract: Bottle extractor for hollow glass moulding machines, of the type that have bottle handling fingers comprising, a head joined to a fixed position spin axis and which includes at least one fluidic action cylinder, whose rod is joined to the fingers, the head having a mobile head supporting the fluidic action cylinder(s); a head base joined to the fixed position spin axis and nut-screw means to move the mobile head with respect to the head base.

Abstract: Container palletiser, of the type that have an arm equipped with n degrees of freedom, which sustains a head equipped with m degrees of freedom respect to the arm, and an accumulation table for the containers to be palletised, the head being a drawing head, which is comprised of a drawing frame equipped with a device to move horizontally with respect to the head and a supporting platform placed under the drawing frame; equipped with a device to move horizontally with respect to the head. Applicable in the glass industry.

Abstract: Improved programmable sequencer for electric valves used in a hollow glass manufacturing installation, consisting of a processor and a power source connected respectively by optic fiber and conventional cables with a distributor provided in the vicinity of the installation, which consists of a converter of optic fiber signals to electrical signals, in communication with an electronic block provided in the installation which consists of a series/parallel, parallel/series converter that communicates with an electronic power block abutting against the electric valve block that it is desired to sequence.

Abstract: Improved bottle extractor for hollow glass molding machines of the type consisting of a mechanical arm for transfer of the hollow glass, with a stepping motor whose output shaft connects directly with the drive shaft of the mechanical arm, the motor being insulated from the rest of the extractor by means of a sheet of thermal insulating material and with a position detector based on the effect produced by an integral plate that has the same axis of rotation as the drive shaft.

Abstract: A computerized system for the continuous manufactured of individual elements, notably glass containers, is disclosed. A pulse sensor which emits one pulse per cycle is connected to an asynchronous motor with a frequency variator. A CPU is programmed with a synchronism equation that orders the increase or reduction of frequency of each variator according to the pulses received by the CPU programmed with the synchronism equation.
