  • Patent number: 11927270
Abstract: A diaphragm poppet valve has a control diaphragm which is resilient in shape and separates a control chamber from a working chamber. The control diaphragm is designed as a single piece on the side thereof facing the control chamber or the working chamber of the diaphragm poppet valve with a hollow portion and on the side thereof facing the working chamber with a diaphragm valve seat. The interior of the hollow portion issues into the diaphragm valve seat and the hollow portion is connected to a fluid channel in the diaphragm poppet valve. The diaphragm poppet valve is easy to clean because the interior of the hollow projection and the diaphragm valve seat formed by the control diaphragm can easily be flushed.

  • Patent number: 11906985
Abstract: A valve assembly includes a proportional valve having an opening cross section that can be continuously varied by an actuator; a sensor for sensing the valve output pressure; a digital regulating device; and a switching valve disposed parallel to the proportional valve. The opening cross section of the switching valve is smaller than the maximum opening cross section of the proportional valve. The regulating device is programmed (i) to automatically calculate, at runtime, using the currently given valve output pressure and the current position of the actuator, the maximum working pressure achievable at the maximum opening of the proportional valve with the valve, (ii) and to additionally open the switching valve when the computed maximum achievable working pressure falls below a predefinable target working pressure by a definable deviation value.

  • Patent number: 11530754
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a sealing diaphragm and a check valve comprising a sealing diaphragm for fluid technology applications. A sealing diaphragm for fluid technology applications is to be provided, which is economical and constructionally simple to produce, which can be used as a closing means for a check valve and with which unwanted interfering noise can be prevented during operation. The object of the disclosure is achieved by a sealing diaphragm with a flat, flexible sealing section, which can be bent or curved with a fluid pressure, wherein at least one resilient frictional tooth is provided on or next to the surface of the sealing section at a distance from an edge of the sealing section, designed and arranged in such a way that it forms an angle between 30° and 150° with the sealing section and it tilts together with the bending or curving movement of the flat sealing section, wherein the frictional tooth has a contact surface on a side orientated in the tilting direction.

  • Patent number: 11359650
Abstract: For the purpose of providing a valve arrangement for controlling pneumatic drives with protection against a sudden automatic change in the initial switching position without an input signal in the event of a fault in a resetting device of a pilot stage and, for this situation, effective fault identification by purely pneumatic means, said valve arrangement comprises a first and a second working connection (1; 2), which can be connected to a drive, and a first and a second electropneumatically pilot-controlled directional valve, in which valve arrangement one or both directional valves is or are arranged upstream of the working connections (1; 2) for the purpose of influencing and venting said working connections, wherein the pilot stages of both directional valves are of automatically resetting design and the second directional valve is designed for alternately assuming an inoperative position and a switching position and the pilot stage of the first directional valve has an external control connection (8; 8?

  • Patent number: 11338495
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a device and a method for controlling the throughflow of blow-molding fluid during the blow molding of containers. It is the intention to provide a control device and a control method which permit a controlled or defined growth and a defined propagation of the container bubble formed by the expanding preform in the pre-blowing phase of the blow molding process without the specification of a specific setpoint value profile or of a setpoint value curve.

  • Patent number: 10401897
Abstract: A braking-stopping unit for the defined stopping and braking of a manually operable command issuer for ship's drives includes an external rotor with a circular opening forming a bearing ring and an inner rotor arranged in the opening, which are arranged in a rotationally movable manner relative to each other. One of the two rotor elements is statically fixed in its position and the other rotor element is designed either with a manually operable actuator or constructed so as to be connectable to such an actuator. The inner rotor includes at least three spring arms which are radially arranged in the circumferential direction, wherein said spring arms can be pushed into a respective recess arranged in the outer surface of the inner rotor. The spring arms act in each case radially non-positively on the running surface of the bearing ring via the braking and stopping means.

  • Patent number: 9725145
Abstract: Diving equipment includes a compressed air bottle connected to a breathing apparatus and an inflatable jacket via which buoyancy is balanced by the jacket being connected to the compressed air bottle to be inflated or to an outlet to be deflated. A monitoring device is activated via a control valve as a function of surrounding water pressure and has a time monitoring unit which, after the expiry of a defined time and in the absence of breathing activity in the breathing apparatus, changes to emergency operation and activates an emergency valve via a control line connecting the jacket to the compressed air bottle to force inflation of the jacket. Actuation of at least one regulating valve is influenced during a dive by the monitoring device and/or the control valve. In manual activation, the jacket is inflated via the inflation valve, and the compressed air is bled via the outlet valve.
