Abstract: A mobile light exposure device or improving the yield and quality of biological material has a first module for emitting one or more light pulses, which includes a light treatment panel whose surface area is between 0.01 m2 and 10 m2, a second module or adjusting the optical power density of the treatment panel and optionally adjusting the temperature of the panel, and a means of locomotion for moving the device at a speed of between 1 and 10 km/h. The optical power density of the panel is between 100 W/m2 and 10,000 W/m2, preferably between 300 W/m2 and 3,000 W/m2, and the light pulses delivered to the biological material are of identical or different wavelengths and of durations less than or equal to two seconds.
Abstract: A process of preparation of a solid and/or liquid totum or filtrate that includes placing in contact via mixing a vegetal matrix or part of a vegetal matrix with a solvent, extracting, solubilizing and/or formulating the mixture, optionally, filtering the mixture, and recovering the totum or the filtrate thus obtained. The solvent is glycerol monolaurate.
Abstract: The present description relates to a method for extracting at least one substance of interest, the method comprising the following steps: —providing an admixture comprising water, a source comprising the at least one substance of interest or at least one precursor thereof, at least one surfactant and at least one lipophilic compound; —the emulsification of the admixture, leading to the formation of an emulsion; wherein the emulsion comprises: —a continuous aqueous phase; and a discontinuous lipidic phase comprising the at least one lipophilic compound, the at least one surfactant and at least one substance of interest extracted from the source during the emulsification; wherein the method further comprises the addition of at least one cryoprotectant to the admixture and the lyophilisation of the emulsion.

Abstract: The present description relates to an emulsion comprising an amphiphilic compound, a first phase comprising droplets including at least one perfluorocarbon compound and a second phase, which is aqueous. The droplets have a diameter d4,3 of between 0.5 pm and 5.5 pm, and the at least one perfluorocarbon compound has a boiling point above 100° C. The present description also relates to such an emulsion for use as an improving agent in ultrasound ablation surgery (FIG. 3).

Abstract: The present invention is in the field of surfactants to extract a platinum group metal or gold, in particular palladium, from organic compositions. In particular, the invention concerns the use of surfactants to back-extract a platinum group metal or gold, in particular palladium, from organic compositions further comprising an extractant of said platinum group metal or gold, in particular palladium from an aqueous solution.
