Abstract: A cloud enabled data exchange platform configured to accept sensed information from publishers and allows downloading of sensed information by subscribers. The platform may utilize a blockchain to verify sensed information without sharing private information, act as a transaction ledger, or provide an interface for digital services/interaction with data. Microservices may be offered on the platform to both publishers and subscribers, such as preconfigured smart city solutions or pre-developed artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. Publishers may control the format in which sensed information is uploaded. Subscribers may control the format in which sensed information is downloaded.
