Abstract: The method of communication between terminals includes: a step of discovery between the terminals (13, 16), a step of broadcasting by one of the terminals, termed the “first” terminal (13), a televisual programme, a step of displaying, by the first terminal, an item of information representative of a first additional stream associated with the televisual programme, a step of transmitting, by the first terminal to a second terminal, an item of information representative of a second additional stream associated with the televisual programme, a step of access to a remote application, by the second terminal (16) and a step of displaying by the second terminal, in a user interface of the application, messages representative of the second additional stream. Preferably, during the transmission step, the item of information representative of the second additional stream is emitted on a multipoint network.

Abstract: The device for broadcasting sounds for playing an audio content coming from at least one audio content server includes: a base (220) for supplying electrical power to the device from a bulb socket, an electroacoustic transducer, a unit for discovering a network including at least the server and at least one other device for broadcasting sounds, and a unit for synchronizing the playing of sounds by the electroacoustic transducer and the playing of sounds by the other device. In embodiments, the device includes: a unit for exchanging messages with at least one other device for broadcasting sounds and a unit for selecting sound and/or light signals broadcast by the electroacoustic transducer, according to data received from at least one other device for broadcasting sounds. In embodiments, the selection unit is designed to select an audio channel according to at least one audio channel selected by another device for broadcasting sounds.

Abstract: Device for emitting acoustic signals, includes: an upstream bulb cap; a light source including at least one light-emitting diode, powered by the bulb cap; and an electroacoustic transducer, powered by the bulb cap. A reception unit for receiving radio signals representative of a sound signal emitted by the electroacoustic transducer, receives radio signals emitted by at least one first system utilizing at least the Bluetooth specification. An amplifier amplifies the electrical signal supplied by the reception unit so as to transmit an amplified signal to the electroacoustic transducer. A controller controls the amplifier's gain according to signals received by the signal reception unit. The signal reception unit receives signals representative of a command controlling the light power emitted by the light source and controls the light source according to the control signals. The light source and the amplifier are controlled independently and powered by the upstream bulb cap.

Abstract: A method for updating computer applications includes: creating partitions for software programs in a non-volatile memory; writing, in a first partition, an initial version of a software program, bootloader environment variables of the initial version of the software program, and at least one sub-portion of the operating system kernel; and during the updating of the software program, writing in a second partition, different from the first partition, a new version of the software program different from the current version, bootloader environment variables of the new version of the software program, and at least one sub-portion of the operating system kernel. Preferably, the method includes: determining whether the new version of the software program is in operation and, if so, assigning to the new version an indicator that it is active, and assigning to the previous version an indicator that it is inactive, the indicators being stored in a software partition map partition.
