The method includes decoding encoded moving image information by a software decoder to display a moving image related to the moving image information on a display section, and switching a processing for the moving image from a process of decoding by the software decoder to a process of decoding by a hardware decoder to display the moving image information on the display section in accordance with an instruction by an operator.
