Abstract: There is provided a method for configuring a set of image capturing settings of a camera for a first scene condition type currently viewed by the camera. The method comprises detecting the first scene condition type; instructing the camera to acquire a plurality of test images, each test image corresponding to a set of image capturing settings; receiving input relating to a selected test image, and storing the set of image capturing settings corresponding to the selected test image as the configured set of image capturing settings for the first scene condition type to be used by the camera upon future detections of the first scene condition type.
