    Abstract: The invention is a portable foot rest made from flexible foam. A first and second planar upper surface are at an angle to each other, forming a ledge for placement of the user's feet. Four planar side surfaces are perpendicular to the floor when the foot rest is placed on the floor. The bottom of the foot rest is a seventh planar surface.
