    Abstract: Provided is a ball that includes a plurality of panels attached together to form a hollow structure. The hollow structure includes a head portion at a first end and a tail portion at a second end. The hollow structure is also characterized by a tapered profile in a longitudinal direction, such that a diameter of the head portion is greater than a diameter of the tail portion. The ball also includes a tubular duct (i) integrated within a center of the hollow structure and (ii) extending along a length of the hollow structure.
