    Abstract: Fruit compositions and methods for providing a serving of food having at least 3 grams of dietary fiber to a human without altering the flavor, appearance or consistency of the food are provided. In a general embodiment, the present disclosure provides a fruit composition comprising a fruit component, a sweetener component and a soluble dietary fiber component, wherein the soluble dietary fiber component provides at least 3 grams of dietary fiber per serving of the fruit composition.
